It doesn't exist an absolute way to land a text structure. However, there are few points to be taken in consideration; The introduction pages should be identified as Title, copyright, dedication, preface, Introduction, prologue, etc. Not always but usually, for the books written in English, the table of contents appear at the end of the book, the notes as well.
Note: • The first two (2) pages are blank. • The last page is blank. • Chapters begin with an odd page ( right side ) • When a chapter ends with an odd page, it's recommended to leave the following even page blank.
